What do we need to provide you with?
All we need is access to power and a space measuring 3m x 3m.
We can set up our machines and equipment on an existing custom bench top, or set up one of our mobile coffee carts.
How many coffees per day will I use?
Based on data across our current active sites, we've found that:
- For a fully subsidised model (free coffee) = 1-1.2 cups per head / day
- For a subsidised model (coffee at $1/cup) = 0.7 cups per head / day
- For a subsidised model (coffee at $2.5/cup) = 0.4 cups per head / day
How many baristas will I need?
We recommend 1 barista per 150 headcount.
