FAQ's For Workplace Coffee
How does your in-house barista service work?
Our in-house barista service provides your office with a dedicated barista (or baristas) tailored specifically to your workplace needs.
Fully customisable, the service includes a personalised coffee menu, flexible service times, and days of operation to suit your schedule.
This all-inclusive service covers everything—baristas, coffee products, equipment, and management.
Sustainability and reporting are also built-in, offering insights into coffee consumption, waste reduction, and overall impact.
What are the minimum requirements to activate your in-house barista service?
To activate the in-house barista service, we’ll need a 3m x 3m space, access to power, a water source, and waste disposal.
Installation typically takes just 1-2 weeks to set up and get operational.
Pricing includes a minimum 4-hour service per day, with a daily commitment of at least 100 cups.

What training do your baristas receive?
Our baristas are hand-picked through a rigorous recruitment process and receive comprehensive onboarding and training.
They are trained on our signature in-house coffee recipes, service methodologies, and standards.
Beyond coffee expertise, our baristas are also professionally trained in service and hospitality, ensuring a warm and engaging experience for your team.
What office coffee machines do you have available?
We offer the Dr. Coffee Coffee Zone, a fully automatic bean-to-cup coffee machine.
It features one coffee bean hopper, two powder dispensers, a steam wand, and a fully customisable touchscreen menu.
This allows you to create a beverage menu tailored to your team’s preferences.

Can I purchase one of your machines outright?
We do not offer outright purchases of our coffee machines. Instead, they are available on rental contract agreements with flexible terms of 24 or 36 months.
Who carries out the servicing and maintenance on your machines?
We handle all servicing and maintenance to keep your coffee solutions running smoothly
For in-house barista sites, our on-ground team and back-of-house operations staff ensure equipment is fully operational.
For office coffee machines, we conduct monthly maintenance checks during coffee deliveries and a comprehensive annual service with part replacements.
Can you supply more than just coffee for my office?
Yes, we can supply a wide range of items beyond coffee.
This includes takeaway cups and lids, sugar, stirrers, and equal. We also offer cold drinks such as still and sparkling water, fresh juices, and catering options.
Catering includes sweet pastries, gluten-free options, and savoury items for morning teas, lunches, or afternoon teas.
What contract lengths do you offer?
For our office coffee machines, we offer 24- or 36-month contracts. In-house barista services require a minimum 12-month commitment, with options up to 36 months.
Where does your coffee come from?
Our coffee is sourced sustainably and ethically from co-ops and farms at origin.
Our flagship Elevate blend is a 50/50 mix of Brazilian and Colombian beans.
The Classic blend, created specifically for workplace coffee solutions, is composed of 40% Brazil, 40% Papua New Guinea, and 20% Peru beans.

What sustainability measures do you have in place?
We integrate sustainability at every step. For in-house barista sites, we provide monthly sustainability reports that track cups served, carbon footprint reduction from reusable cups, and waste coffee ground collection.
Waste grounds are sent to energy rejuvenation facilities to create green energy. Milk cartons are recycled in closed-loop systems, and takeaway cups, if used, are compostable. All reporting is digital and cloud-based to reduce paper waste.

Do you offer a free trial or pilot program?
Yes, we offer a two-week free trial for our office coffee machines.
For in-house barista services, we provide a four-week pilot program where the service is refined week by week based on feedback.
Surveys are conducted during the pilot to ensure the service aligns with your team’s needs, and results are shared with you for further customisation.
