Do you provide coffee carts for outdoor events?
Yes, our coffee carts are fully equipped to handle outdoor events, just like a coffee van.
We can bring all the necessary gear including pop-up marquee hire to ensure smooth service regardless of the location.
Can the coffee cart be sustainable?
We offer a range of sustainably-minded options for events.
We offer Good-Edi edible cups in replacement for our compostable single-use cups.
Both our cups are certified industrially compostable to AS4736 Australian Standards, and we're also happy to employ a 'lid-less' service to reduce our waste even further.
Our branded panels and left over cups can be re-used at future events, which helps to minimise our printing and production volume.
Where possible, we also use coffee buckets to transport our coffee and limit the amount of coffee bags we use (also recyclable), plus we've also got liquid sugar syrup at our carts, reducing the single-serve sachets of the past.

How far in advance should I book in my coffee cart?
Booking your coffee cart in as early as possible will reduce the unlikely chance that we are at capacity and unable to cater your event.
We typically recommend at least 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure our availability.
Got a last minute event?
No worries! We've got a dedicated BOH operations team who can make things around pretty quickly to ensure we're there for you on event day.
Can I taste your coffee before my event?
We guarantee you'll love the taste of our freshly roasted, specialty coffee beans, but if you're interested in trying it out for yourself before your event, you can easily purchase a bag of our Elevate Blend online.
We even have a value-packed coffee subscription if you fall in love with it after your event.
Do you have a dry hire cart offering?
Yes, we offer dry hire of our coffee carts without a barista.
Our dry hire offering also includes all the necessary brewing equipment you will need, and we'll also provide a quick training and briefing once set up so you can be sure you know how to operate our machines.

Do you offer a barista hire service?
We are happy to offer barista hire services under certain conditions, even if you need an extra barista or additional staff to assist at a larger event or job you're coordinating.

Do you need access to power?
We require access to standard 10A domestic power sockets on-site to power our regular coffee carts.
Do you need access to water?
We take pride in being self-sufficient and providing our own water supply for each event.
However, having access to a water source on-site can be beneficial for filling our tanks and cleaning up after the service.
How long does it take to setup and pack down?
With our experienced team, we can have the cart up and running within an hour of arriving on-site.
Similarly, after service, we can efficiently pack down and leave the site within 45 minutes.
It's important to note that our pricing is all-inclusive, with no hidden fees for logistics or labor.
What lead time do you need for producing branding?
We have a 4-week lead time required for branding production, from artwork submission to delivery of your branding to our HQ.
