As part of your monthly coffee bean delivery, we'll conduct a routine check-up of your coffee machine which includes:
- Reviewing the machine’s internal diagnostics to ensure optimal performance.
- Performing a visual inspection and addressing any minor adjustments or cleaning needs.
Annual Service
Once per year, following on from your contract’s commencement date, we'll carry out a full annual machine service consisting of:
- Replacement of all manufacturer-recommended parts to maintain peak performance and longevity.
- Running comprehensive diagnostics to verify the correct installation and functionality of all new parts.

Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, we're happy to arrange a risk-free trial for you and your employees to taste our range and experience our machines before making a commitment.
We want to make sure you have great tasting coffee and are 100% satisfied with the coffee quality before committing to one of our commercial office coffee solutions.
What are the installation requirements for your coffee machines?
Installation is super easy, but may change from site to site.
Our Dr Coffee office coffee machines require an electrical socket, and can be plumbed into both a mains water source with pumps and a water filter or run off an internal reservoir water tank which is supplied.
They do have a simple screen touch operation, which is fully programmable and a treat to use when installing and fine tuning the office coffee machine - plus customising the beverage recipes and flavours to your own liking.
We're more than happy to provide full technical specifications and information for our machines at request and answer any specific questions you may have.
Are there any installation fees?
We do charge an installation fee of $500 which includes all the fittings, accessories, supply and install of the filtration system and on-site training conducted by one of our professional technicians.
The installation comes free of charge with our 36-month rent option.
Are there any delivery charges for coffee and office supplies?
We offer free delivery of your new machine and recurring monthly coffee package orders to your business office. Each delivery also includes a standard, regular maintenance check and service over your coffee machine once per month at no extra cost.
Are your coffee machines easy to maintain and clean?
Our automatic office coffee machines have been selected with easy maintenance in mind, ensuring that cleaning and upkeep of the automatic office coffee machines are straightforward and hassle-free.
Unlike traditional 2 group machines, or semi automatic models (from brands such as Rancilio, Nuova Simonelli or Faema), we've selected the Dr Coffee range of coffee machines due to their popularity and suitability for both a small office or large office.
The machine has pre-programmed cleaning cycles for both the coffee machine group head and milk steam wand and frother, saving you time and making cleaning the machine very convenient.
For larger offices, we're more than happy to teach and train any of your staff who are interested in learning the cleaning and maintenance training process and schedule.
What customer support do you provide if something goes wrong?
We offer on-demand support from our BOH operations team on any of our rental plans, alongside on-the-ground support from our team of technicians and coffee experts, ready to assist you and your business with any issues you have.
If your machine requires servicing or repairs, we have the ability to quickly diagnose the issue and organise it to be fixed or replaced.
We typically keep a stock of the most common spare parts, for the grinder and brewer among others, that are required for the majority of repairs.
Do you provide any maintenance or machine servicing?
We provide a regular maintenance check over your machine each month when we deliver your fresh coffee.
We'll check the machine vitals and conduct a diagnostics check to ensure the grinder and brewer are all functioning fine.
We also provide a complimentary annual machine service as part of each machine rental agreement, which is one of the key ways we ensure your machine is always in top-notch condition.
What contract lengths are available?
We offer fixed 24- and 36-month coffee machine rental contracts on our coffee machines. Unfortunately, we do not sell our coffee machines outright.
How do I manage my account and orders?
Once you sign your contract, you'll be onboarded with an operations specialist from our team who will act as your key point of contact for any changes and amendments to your account or monthly orders.
There's no paperwork - you can customise your coffee order online or deal with us directly giving you full control, and if you ever need to speak to or contact one of our employees from our team today, we're just a phone call away.
What cities do you service?
We currently service the greater Sydney and Melbourne city regions in New South Wales and Victoria respectively, with Brisbane on the roadmap.
At this time we don't currently service Perth, Adelaide or Canberra.
Can you supply more than just coffee for my office?
Yes, we can supply a wide range of items beyond coffee.
This includes takeaway cups and lids, liquid raw sugar, stirrers, and equal. We also offer cold drinks such as still and sparkling water, fresh juices, and catering options.
Catering includes sweet pastries, gluten-free options, and savoury items for morning teas, lunches, or afternoon teas.
